Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for supply and installation of Second Skin above PUF Panels.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.

Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for March 27, 2026, at 1100 hours at the U.S. Embassy (Gate ‘C’, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021) must send their confirmation to Xrajender@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on March 25, 2026, as those who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0023 for supply and installation of metal corrugated skin on top of existing metal roofing”.  The approximate area is 11,500 square feet, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.

No quotations shall be accepted after 1200 hrs. (India Time) of April 2, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
