Description

The American Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany requires preventive maintenance services for Fire Alarm System (FAS) and the Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation System (SHEVS).

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
