Description

The requirement is to procure maintenance and repair services for residential leased properties occupied by the US Government Mission in Mexico. The services include general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other related upkeep activities essential to maintaining safe, functional, and habitable leased housing. Additionally, the contract will cover commissioning and decommissioning services as properties are prepared for occupancy or vacancy.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be as long as it complies with the RFP requirements.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
