Description
The 502d Contracting Squardron intends to issue a direct award to Ace Maker Airshows for T33 Warbird performances at the 2026 Great Texas Airshow. This is a sole source award based on RFO 6.103-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The contracting officer may solicit from one source if the CO determins the circumstance of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available to meet government need (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization). Due to unique capablity and nature of the requirement, the Flying Training Squadron has direct knowledge of the airshow reqruirements needed for the 2026 Great Texas Airshow.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested peresons may identify their interest in participating in the airshow. Intersted parties' capability shall provide vendor name, cage code, personnel, and services available for the 2026 Great Texas Airshow hosted by Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph.
