Description
The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. The RFQ due date remains the same, 01/12/2026 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed.
Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0013.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025.
NAICS: 336612: Boat Building, associated standard size of 1,000.
Small business set aside.
Parts will be picked up at the vendor's facility within 2-hour driving distance from the USGS warehouse in Troutdale, Oregon.
Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.
