This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Onwed Small Businesses (SDVOSB)

Solicitation # 12FPC426Q0022 is amended to make the following changes:

1. To revise the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Attachment 1).  The attached Revised solicitation replaces the original issued solicitation attachment.  Vendors should use the Rev 1 copy in preparion of their quote package.

2. To change the original Period of Performance from 04/01/2026 - 03/31/2027 to 04/15/2026 - 04/14/20027.

3. To include period for submission of vendor Questions on the requirement.  All Questions must be submitted by 03/26/2026 at 12:00pm to Chanda.Sow@usda.gov and Oksana.Strekha@usda.gov.  A consolidated Questins and Answers will be posted to SAM.gov or vendor review on 03/27/2026 if applicable.

4. To extend the quote submission due date for receipt of vendor offers.  The due date is changed from 03/26/2026 to 03/30/2023 at 12:00pm EST.  Submit all offers to Chanda.Sow@usda.gov and Oksana.Strekha@usda.gov.
