The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror:
GSA requires the services of a parking management contractor, to provide administrative support to manage federal employee parking for private owned & government vehicles. The parking assignments will be in a structured parking garage controlled by the GSA at the Bricker Federal Building Parking Garage 200 North High Street, Columbus, OH.
This parking garage is comprised of 256 parking spaces, numbered as follows: 459-465 (7 spaces), 501-565 (65 spaces), 601-665 (65 spaces), 701-765 (65 spaces) and 801-854 (54 spaces). All current Federal employees utilizing the contractor-assigned parking area will be given the right of first refusal to have their existing spaces re-assigned under the terms of the prospective contract.
The period of performance is a six-month base year and four (4) one-year options beginning December 1, 2026.

Interested parties should provide the following:
