The City of East Orange is seeking proposals for the following services:SOUTH CLINTON STREET, DODD STREET, AND WILLIAM STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NOTICE: is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Purchasing up to and until WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing local time on the City’s E- Procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/eastorange-nj/projects/139091Proposals shall be submitted via the City's electronic procurement portal: https://procurment.opengov.com/portal/eastorange. Any proposal received after 11:00 A.M. shall not be accepted . All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the E-Procurement portal. The deadline for posting questions and requests about this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. The E-Procurement system will not accept postings after the deadline set for submitting questions. ONLY ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
