Description
The 19th Maintenance Squadron of Little Rock Air Force Base is seeking to acquire preventive maintenance for multiple JLG aerial lifts. This requirement is for a base plus four option year contract with a 6 month extended option period at the end. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum:
In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete on the SF 1449, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote
submission.
Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday 18 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 17 February 2026 at 12:00 PM CST on who will be
attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base.
