All quotes are due February 25th, 2026 to Sarah Cotton at Sarah.cotton@usda.gov.

Questions shall be submitted via email to Sarah Cotton at sarah.cotton@usda.gov and are due no later than February 12th, at 1700 Mountain Standard Time.

The amount of pumping is an estimation. There is no minimum or maximum units guaranteed. The amount of pumping’s each year will be based on the Governments needs. Additional units can be added for the same rate by mutual agreement of both parties.
