The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) in Maui, Hawaii for VA Pacific Island Health Care System (VAPIHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein.
