Print Bid Title: CDBG Downtown Revitalization Administrative Services (Phase III) Category: Economic Development Status: Closed Bid Recipient: Thomas Kittredge, Economic Development Director Description: The City of Belfast is seeking qualified individuals or firms to assist with Phase III requirements and tasks associated with administration of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Downtown Revitalization grant project, for streetscape improvements (sidewalks, crosswalks, on-street parking, gateways, lighting, signage, and landscaping) and infrastructure improvements (drainage) for a portion of downtown Belfast. The selected contractor, under the direction of the Belfast City Council, its staff, and the CDBG Downtown Revitalization Advisory Committee, must complete these tasks in such a manner as to meet all internal and mandated program requirements. This request is contingent upon receipt of funding from the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development and will be governed in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to the Community Development Block Grant program. Responses to this Request for Proposals are due at 4:00 PM on Monday, October 29th, 2012.
