All work to be done under one Contractor as described in Scope of Work: Modifications to the fume hood exhaust system in an existing building. All work must be substantially complete not later than July 12, 2022, and final completion achieved not later than August 2, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on November 2, 2021 at 1:30 pm (local time) at Kodiak Fisheries Research Center (KFRC), 301 Research Court, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Registered bidders will receive email notification of an Addendum when it has been posted on the website. Plan holders list will be posted on the KIB website and updated periodically.
