Print Bid Title: PKIMC Day Tank Replacement Category: Construction Services Status: Awarded Description: The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), November 16, 2021, for PKIMC DAY TANK REPLACEMENT project, Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Demolition of existing day tank and associated supply and return pumps and installation of new day tank with tank mounted return pump and remote duplex supply pumps. Temporary fuel supply to the boilers will remain in service throughout the duration of the project. All work must be substantially complete not later than July 12, 2022, and final completion achieved not later than August 2, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on November 2, 2021, at 3:00 pm (local time) at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center, 1915 E. Rezanof Drive , Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. The Bidder Registration form can be found in the Bid Documents. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Registered bidders will receive email notification of an Addendum when it has been posted on the KIB website. Planholders list will be posted on the KIB website and updated periodically.
