Description

The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses, and management for gym membership service for Coast Guard (USCG) MSU Houma.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the statement of work to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:

Base Period: 01 May 2026 - 30 April 2027

Option Year One: 01 May 2027 - 30 April 2028

Option Year Two: 01 May 2028 - 30 April 2029

Option Year Three: 01 May 2029 - 30 April 2030

Option Year Four: 01 May 2030 - 30 April 2031

Contractors’ quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are:

This is set aside 100% for small businesses.
