Description

The U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam has a requirement for a qualified vendor to supply nine (9) camping tents (6 m × 4.5 m) suitable for sleeping accommodations for up to ten (10) people each. The tents must be constructed of 500 gsm ripstop canvas with a 600 gsm PVC tarpaulin floor, UV-resistant, and 100% waterproof. Delivery shall be made to the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam within three (3) weeks of contract award.

The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

Quotations are due by February 05, 2026 at 05:00 p.m. East Africa time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Please submit your quotation electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov in MS Word 2016/365, MS Excel 2016/365, or PDF format. Each email, including attachments, must not exceed 30MB. If your files are larger than 30MB, please split them into multiple emails, ensuring each email with its attachments is under the 30MB limit.
