Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Bastille Networks, Inc. for Electronic Device Monitoring System (EDMS). All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective January 07, 2026 at 11:00AM Eastern Time. Point of contact is calvin.jackson@dea.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Bastille Networks, Inc. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service interested in submitting a quote may do so electronically to calvin.jackson@dea.gov.
