Description
Contractor agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to perform testing analyses of water samples collected by park employees from public use water systems located in State Parks within western Sonoma County. All analytical tests shall be performed using Standard Methods and shall comply with all applicable federal and state codes and regulations. In addition, the contractor will provide analytical results of Public Water Systems (PWS) to the State Water Resources Control Board and to the Department of Parks and Recreation. All contractors performing sample analysis must possess an Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program [ELAP] Certificate and shall provide evidence of certification with bid forms. Testing laboratory MUST be located wtihin one (1) hour drive time or thirty (30) miles of Duncans Mills, Sonoma County, California.
