Description

American Embassy, New Delhi (India) inviting you to participate in the bidding process for the requirement of “Auto Rikshaw Advertising Campaign for Freedom 250 Celebration” at New Delhi (India). The complete requirement listed in the attached statement of work. The services offered shall be 100% compliance with the job listed in the statement of work. Please carefully read and follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.

In case prospective bidders are having any technical query or need more clarification/information related to subject requirement, your request for clarification must be received in writing at mehtan@state.gov and sharmac@state.gov on or before April 15, 2026, using the attached question sheet. The answer to the queries will be shared with all the prospective bidders. Any query received after the deadline given will not be considered.

Bid Submission:

  • Closing Date of Bid Submission Deadline: April 21, 2026, full day (Local India Time), which means all bids must be received by this deadline. No bid will be accepted after crossing the deadline.
  • Submission Method: Please submit your bid thru email at newdelhibids@state.gov. Bid submitted any other email Id shall not be considered for evaluation. Read the Solicitation for complete details.
  • Subject Line: “Solicitation-191N6526Q0035 for Auto Rikshaw Advertising Campaign”.
  • Important Note: Do not submit bid via courier or by hand. Bid received at any other address or after the deadline shall be rejected and dealt with in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
