The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals to be delivered to Fort Indian Town Gap Anneville, PA from 26 -31 MARCH 2026.
QTY: 2210 Breakfast AND 2210 Dinner Meals
Delivery Location: Fort Indian Town Gap Anneville, PA. Building DFAC 12-28/12-38 subject to change pending training needs.
Type of Meal: Buffet/ Bulk Trays with the exception of Breakfasts on 27 And 31 MAR are required to be Individually Bagged Meals.
Meal Restrictions: 27 MAR Dinner through 31 MAR Breakfast - 17 x Halal, 2 x Vegetarian, 1 x Kosher AND 26 MAR Dinner AND 27 MAR Breakfast - 2 x Halal, 1 x Vegetarian
Additional Remarks: Requesting To-Go containers and plates/cups/silverware.
This requirement is 100% small business set-aside.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract.
All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required to be considered. Partial quotes will not be considered.
Please submit pricing per meal and total overall pricing for each meal as follows;
Breakfast Meals 27-31 MAR; $__.__ each X 2210 qty = $__.__
Dinner Meals 26-30 MAR; $__.__ each X 2210 qty = $__.__

Please review the attached Feeder Schedule and Statement of Work for a breakdown of the required meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the attached 21 day meal menu numbers.

If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Statement of Work or Performance Work Statement has been met.
