Amendment 0001: 

1. The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers.
2. There are no other changes to solicitation and all other terms and conditions are in full effect.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Chiller Rental at the United States Military Academy (USMA). This requirement is for the rental of three 500-ton trailer-mounted chillers.

The estimated period of performance is 15 April 2026 – 15 October 2026.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under NAICS code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing (size standard $40,000,000) and PSC W041 - Lease or Rental of Equipment – Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a SDVOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov.

Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
