Print Bid Title: North Star Elementary Siding and Windows Category: Construction Services Status: Awarded Description: The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), December 16, 2021, for NORTH STAR ELEMENTARY SIDING & WINDOW UPGRADE, Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Replacement of exterior siding, windows, and doors on an existing elementary school. All work must be substantially complete not later than August 30, 2022 and final completion achieved not later than September 20, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on November 30, 2021 at 3:30 pm (local time) at North Star Elementary School, 961 Mallard Way, Kodiak, Alaska . Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. The Bidder Registration form can be found in the Bid Documents. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Registered bidders will receive email notification of an Addendum when it has been posted on the KIB website. Planholders list will be posted on the KIB website and updated periodically.
