Description
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Event Management in Malaysia.
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – Event Mgmt on Flag Football” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on April 19, 2026.
No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
