Description

The contractor shall repair or replace doors, door locks, deadbolts, panic exit devices, mullions, thresholds, door closers, catches, strikes, cores, keys, ADA compliant mechanisms, and related hardware.  Service consists of repairing or replacing and installing new exterior and interior locks.  Doors in facilities may vary in width, height, single door, double door and may be manufactured of wood, metal or aluminum.  Locks, panic exit devices, closers and hardware may vary from manufacturers in each facility.
