Description
The objective of this effort is to create a contract vehicle that provides the United States military and other partners access to worldwide commercial satellite communication (COMSATCOM) services to meet and fulfill Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) requirements and capabilities. The anticipated performance period consists of of a one-year base period, with four one-year options, starting in September 2026. The government is seeking the following information to conduct market research to ensure a comtemplated future award is priced fair and reasonable.
