On or about 18 February 2026, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Big Bend Refuse Collection on Big Bend Project.
The solicitation will close on or about 23 March 2026. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY
Project Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide refuse collection services at Big Bend Project. Services include furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies necessary for the collection and disposal of refuse from the Big Bend Project at locations shown on the attached maps and as described herein. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
