EACH Road Service Area will have its own contract and all work under the contract is to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 30, 2025at 10:00am (local time) at the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference.
