Print Bid Title: Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center Wall Renovation Category: Construction Services Status: Awarded Description: The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), April 6, 2021, for PROVIDENCE KODIAK ISLAND MEDICAL CENTER WALL RENOVATION, Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: The refurbishment of the existing concrete-crib retaining wall at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center (PKIMC). Work includes: Removal of trees, shrubs, organics above, on the wall and in front of the wall; removing and later replacing sidewalk and pavement; constructing a new reinforced concrete face with footing; constructing new gutter, storm drain, manhole and catch basin and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Notice to Proceed: April 19, 2021. All work must be substantially complete not later than September 30, 2021 and final completion achieved not later than October 31, 2021. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid conference on March 18, 2021 at 10:00 am (local time) starting at the KIB Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska. A representative from each potential bidder must attend this conference. All interested parties ae required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. The Bidder Registration form can be found in the Bid Documents. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Registered bidders will receive email notification of an Addendum when it has been posted on the website. Plan holders list will be posted on the KIB website and updated periodically. Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form.
