Description
The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort McCoy is seeking information from potential sources, particularly from the small business community, who are capable of providing commercial services for shower and laundry trailer rental, and comprehensive water operations support for a large-scale U.S. Army training exercise.
The requirement includes providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to deliver, install, maintain, and remove shower and laundry trailers, as well as manage potable water delivery and gray water disposal services.
- Period of Performance: A 3-week period during June 2026.
- Place of Performance: Services are required at multiple locations across Mississippi and Louisiana.
- Set-Aside: To meet these requirements, the Government is currently evaluating the most efficient procurement strategy which may include considering a 100% small business set aside. Specifically, we are considering a directed order under FAR Part 8 utilizing the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), or alternatively, a solicitation on the open market utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
- NAICS Code: The Government is considering NAICS codes 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) and 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services). We are seeking industry feedback on the most appropriate code for this requirement, as well as recommendations for applicable GSA Special Item Numbers (SINs).
- Product Service Code (PSC): W099 – Lease or Rental of Equipment – Miscellaneous.
