Print Bid Title: Invitation to Bid KIB Facilities Janitorial Services Contract Category: Miscellaneous Status: Closed Description: The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m.(Local time), October 10th, 2018, for the Kodiak Island Borough Facilities Cleaning Services Contract. All work to be done under one Contractor, including, but not limited to the following: Providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies needed to perform the cleaning of all offices, hallways, entryways, select storage areas, conference rooms and restrooms at several buildings owned by the Kodiak Island Borough. The Kodiak Island Borough reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. This contract commences from November 5, 2018 through November 4, 2019 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference in the Kodiak Island Borough Main Office Building Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska, on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 starting at 1:00 p.m. (local time). All potential bidders are required to attend this conference . All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notifications regarding amendments and addenda.
