Description
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective/emergency repair services for the Steris SPS equipment (Equipment List below) at the Milo C. Huempfner Health Care Center (HCC) at 2851 University Ave., Green Bay, WI. All vendors shall supply a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Steris Corporation, stating vendor is an authorized distributor per clause 852.212-72(c), proof vendor can purchase OEM parts, if needed, and proof all technical personnel are OEM certified. These requests are mandatory for consideration. All interested, responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to the contract specialist by 9:00 AM Central Time on Friday March 6th, 2026, to include a detailed description of the firm s experience in servicing the equipment below, UEI number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Makena.james@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NAICS 811210. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
