Description

Dear Industry Partners:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) and the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will hold a Joint IT Support Services Industry Day.  This Joint Industry Day is in response to the following Requests for Information (RFIs) that were released on SAM.gov on January 23, 2026:

  • Service Delivery Support - Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000006
  • Information Assurance Compliance Support – Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000009
  • Systems Engineering/Operations and Maintenance Support – Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000010

Note: This Joint Industry Day will be recorded. This Joint Industry Day will cover all three requirements. This event is not open to the press.

WHEN: Monday, March 2, 2026

TIME:  9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon, ET

WHERE: Virtual Attendance

Registration: Attendance will be taken for all participants.  Each company is limited to three (3) representatives. Each company participant must complete the registration form -- see section titled Attachment/Links to access the registration form.

A link will be sent to all registered participants prior to the Industry Day

Submission of Questions: Industry is invited to submit questions in writing prior to Industry Day in response to the Requests for Information (RFIs) released in January.  All questions should be emailed to the Points of Contacts identified in each RFI no later than 2:00 PM February 18, 2026.

Question and Answer Session: During the event, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions of the government’s technical representatives from the DHS S&T OCIO.  Any responses provided during Industry Day may be superseded in the resulting solicitation(s).
