SOURCES SOUGHT
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of firms that possess the expertise to successfully complete and perform the requirements described herein. Furthermore, this effort seeks to address any questions, recommendations, or concerns from Industry. The information gathered will assist the Government in ensuring there is adequate competition among a potential pool of responsible contractors. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this announcement. Please refer to the attached Sources Sought documentation for the details of this action. The Capabilities Statement requested for this Sources Sought is not intended to be a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It is intended to request statements that thoroughly demonstrate interested companies existing expertise and experience (or developed plans for such) in relation to the areas specified herein.
