Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Arthrex reverse shoulder implants and surgical instruments. The implants and instruments will be used by the Lebanon VA Medical Center, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
Solicitation Details:
In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(b)(1)(i), the contracting office permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically.
Set-Aside Status: Unrestricted.

- Full-wedge augmented MGS instrument set; Item # AR-9579S-FW, Qty 3
- Universal revers consolidated glenoid set; Item # AR-9615CGS, Qty 3
Purpose: These specific items are compatible with the facility's existing surgical instruments, tools, and procedures.
