Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus 4 option year (OY) contract Annual Maintenance Support Service for TCGRx ATP and InspectRx Pill Packaging Unit at VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Parata Systems. Their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by their technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 06/18/2026 to Parata Systems, 106 Roche Drive, Durham, North Carolina 27703. SAM UEI: YSK7Y3XCL1C7; CAGE CODE: 31EA6. The estimated Period of Performance will be 07/21/2026-07/20/2031. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
