Description
PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to provide On-Call Garage & Overhead Door Repair and Maintenance Services to PCMC on an as needed basis. Respondent is expected to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete commercial garage door and overhead door repair and parts services on an as-needed basis. Respondents may submit one or more services requested in the price list. Respondent is encouraged to schedule in person inspections at each site listed in Exhibit “A”. Respondent will be held to have examined the areas to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. Failure to inspect sites prior to proposal submission will not excuse performance issues or additional costs. The doors listed in Exhibit “A” must be viewed with City staff present.
