INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CELLULAR SERVICES

The 130th Airlift Wing intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced contract with AT&T Mobility LLC, 1025 Lenox Park BLVD NE Atlanta, Georgia 30319-5309 in support of commercial wireless mobility and cellular telecommunications services that include all wireless mobility technologies and operations and FirstNet capbility. This procuement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 517112 Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite). This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. All information received after publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of market research and determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received will be evaluated as to confirm or deny the decision to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received.
