Caliber 57 Complete Kit:
Portable cleaning system designed for a thorough deep cleaning maintenance of a 57mm weapon system used only by our WAT technicians. A pneumatically driven kit, used for cleaning, oiling, and de-coppering the weapon's bore and chamber.
The system operates by using a cylinder assembly with various interchangeable brushes that vibrate between 1,000 and 3000 times per minute to effectively scrub and clean the interior surfaces of the barrel.
The complete kit includes:
The entire system weighs 60 pounds (essential for easy transportation) and require a compressed air source for operation.
Foaming Bore Cleaner
The cleaning kit needs a high-performance, water-based foaming bore cleaner designed to remove copper and brass residue from the barrel. Foam expands and fills the entire bore and chamber, covering all surfaces.
A thick, expanding foam that is applied through a specific dispenser included in the kit. Need the foam's chemical components to work by oxidizing the copper and brass fouling, breaking it down for easy removal with the system's brushes. It needs to be a non-hazardous and non-corrosive formula and free of ammonia. The solvent needs to be odorless and environmentally safe. It also has an effective wide range of temperatures, from -30°C to +55°C. This type of foaming solvent needs to provide a deep-cleaning chemical action to complement the mechanical scrubbing of the pneumatic brushe
