PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify responsible sources capable of performing this requirement and to determine if this effort can be competed as a total Small Business Set-Aside. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Government is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all supervision, labor, and equipment necessary to establish and operate the Contractor-Operated Parts Store (COPARS) for the 75th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) at Hill Air Force Base. The contractor shall be responsible for researching, ordering, receiving, stocking, inventorying, and issuing automotive and equipment parts in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).3. ORDERING PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (Anticipated): The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period beginning on or around 01 May 2026, with an additional six-month optional ordering period.4.
