IFB No. 126781 HVAC Replacement, Hammer Field Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace 10 (ten) HVAC units and furnish a complete walk-in refrigeraton system at the Hammer Field Readiness Center in Fresno. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126781, HVAC Replacement and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/19/2026, at 10:00 AM at Hammer Field Armory, 5575 E Airways Blvd., Fresno, CA 93727. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor or a C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/26/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126781.
