The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project # 585-21-113 to replace condensate lines and pump construction.
The Scope of Work for this project includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines, pumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, replace 6” steam valve coming from 8” MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications.
Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 15 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance are provided.
