1.0 Vision Statement
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to disassemble, transport, and reassemble one (1) high-density mobile storage system.
2.0 Scope of Work
The system footprint is approximately 19’ x 19’ x 8.5’, consisting of four (4) rows of shelving integrated with Vidmar-style drawers, mounted on a three-rail sliding track system.
● Disassembly (Bldg 301D): Contractor shall inventory all components, safely remove Vidmar drawers, and disassemble the shelving units and the three-rail track system.
● Transportation: Secure transport of all components from Bldg 301D to Bldg 504.
● Reassembly & Calibration (Bldg 504): * Install and level the 3-rail system to manufacturer specifications.
○ Reconstruct the 4 rows of shelving.
○ Reinstall Vidmar drawers and ensure smooth mechanical operation of the sliding mechanism.
● Site Restoration: Dispose of all packing materials and debris from both sites.
