Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to REPAIR UNDERGROUND WATER LINE AT USCG SECTOR LAKE MICHIGAN, 2420 SOUTH LINCOLN MEMORIAL DRIVE, MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN 53207..

Major work items include but are not limited to:  Locate and repair the leak to restore the water line to full functionality. Repair the asphalt that will need to be excavated to locate the leak.; mobilization, demobilization and clean up; Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.

Period of performance is 60 Days After Notice Of Award.

This procurement is estimated to be between $25K and $100K 

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. 

The applicable NAICS is 237110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M.

Submission Deadline: Late bids will be rejected unless received before award and accepted by the contracting officer. Electronic bids are considered late if not received at the initial point of entry by 5:00 PM on the working day prior to bid opening.

An electronic bid bond (EBond) in the amount of 20 percent of the total bid price shall be submitted with the bid by the time set for bid opening.

When the Vendor submits the bid electronically, if the bond or security is not included or is not verifiable, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
