Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE 36C25726R0014 for Wheelchair Transportation Services for Dallas VA Medical Center. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice serves as an announcement of an upcoming pre-solicitation conference to be held online MS Team on 2/18/2026 between the hours of 10:00AM to 12:00PM (Noon) CT. The intent is to allow interested vendors to provide feedback before we finalize the solicitation. This notice provides all vendors the opportunity to start planning their proposal strategy and identify subcontracting partners. A DRAFT copy of the solicitation has been included as part of this Pre-Solicitation Notice Amendment. As part of the Veterans First Program, it is the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) policy that small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in VA acquisitions. This will be a SDVOSB set-aside. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the DRAFT solicitation prior to attending the Pre-solicitation conference. In order to attend the Pre-solicitation conference, send an email to both Anitra Carter (anitra.carter@va.gov) and Astrid McKinney (astrid.mckinney@va.gov) NLT 2/13/2026 by 12:00PM (Noon) to have your name added to the Attendees List. The email subject line should read 36C25726R0014 Presolicitation Conference and meeting link will be sent out by 12:00PM (Noon), 2/17/2026.
