IMPORTANT: This procurement is being conducted under the U.S. Fish & Wildlife's Design-Build MATOC. Only current MATOC holders in the State of California are eligible to submit a proposal. Please do not submit an offer unless you are part of the Fish and Wildlife Design Build MATOC California pool.
Please see the attached combined solicitation package. Responses for PHASE 1 ONLY are due at the date specified below. Do not submit any information pertaining to Phase 2 yet.
