Description

Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source:

This notice is in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2 requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to solicit a sole source bridge for the Base Operations Support-East (BOS-E) contract for continued support of facilities and operations, engineering, planning, interior design, and logistics services the NGA Washington Ft Belvoir campus with Amentum Services, located at 4800 Westfields Blvd, Ste 400, Chantilly, VA 20151.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 – Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47 million. The contemplated contract will include a limited period of performance, which will be six (6) months from 01 April 2026 through 30 September 2026 with the possibility of additional three, two-month option periods.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.

This action is being conducted on a sole source basis set forth under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for continued support of facilities and operations, engineering, planning, interior design, and logistics service requirements in order to maintain full operational capabilities of the NGA Washington campus while the Government finalizes the source selection and award the follow-on contract that was conducted as a competitive procurement action under solicitation number HM0476-25-R-0012.

This notice is not a request for proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and interest which shall be considered by the NGA. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses received for this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to Kim Y.
