Description
Two, 3-ton heat pump packaged systems are needed at Bears Bluff NFH to provide heat and cooling for the stations two quarters buildings (one unit/building). The quarters provide living arrangements on site for staff and their families. The current heat pump systems providing HAVC services for the quarters are old and reaching the end of their functional life. Contractor shall provide permanent installation of two new 3-ton 15 SEER heat pump packaged units with 8KW electric heat strips in the two quarters buildings (one unit/building) at Bears Bluff.
