Description

Please note that this solicitation is not yet ready for release. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City will post the solicitation on the SAM.gov website once it becomes available.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires the rental of an event venue in the Reforma avenue area for an official event in May 2026. The anticipated period of performance is from May 11 to May 14, 2026, subject to the needs of the U.S. Government.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which the Government will consider.

The Government may award a contract based on initial offers without discussions. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.

All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
