VAULT TOILET PUMPING SERVICES SANDPOINT RANGER DISTRICT AND PRIEST LAKE RANGER DISTRICT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

The Contractors shall provide Toilet Pumping Services for the Sandpoint Ranger District and the Priest Lake Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (except those provided by the Government) necessary to ensure that cleaning services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing toilet pumping services.

Directions to the vault toilet locations are given for both the Sandpoint RD and Priest Lake RD. 

Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services.  The small business size standard is $9.0 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.  The Service code is S201 Janitorial Services.

The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Option Years for a possible total of 5 years. The period of performance will be:
