Description
AMENDMENT 001 - An amendment to this solicitation is issued because a discrepancy in the description has been discovered that Section 1.2 SCOPE OF WORK under the Performance Work Statement in the attached file "4 - Sugar Bottom Park Custodian PWS_Corrected" may have caused confusion. This has been corrected and the updated SCOPE OF WORK has been provided. The closind date for this has also been extended to 12 February 2026 @ 10:00 AM.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform custodial services at the recreation areas known as Sugar Bottom which includes, but is not limited to, Sugar Bottom Campground, Sugar Bottom Group Campground, Sugar Bottom Day Use Area, Cedar Valley Trail, and Mehaffey Boat Ramp at the Coralville Lake Project.
